Why do the IKEA glass shelves I just received have the product sticker applied directly on the glass... the kind of sticker that is made not to come off!?!

What IKEA product requires you to grind it with isopropyl alcohol before you can use it? (other than this)🤷‍♂️

Somebody must have screwed up a packaging process! 😳
