ok. so running a dev team of AI Agents, it like walking in to help an existing team of humans. Need to make sure all the practices and guards are in place. At lest for applying AI to a legacy codebase.

@housecor Without knowing the scale of systems you work on itโs a list. Some of those things are great for large systems but cumbersome for small apps.

@catalinmpit The assignment isnโt a problem. Not paying for anything over two hours is . The best way to evaluate how a developer writes code is to have them write code , everything else in the interview process is ancillary. But you need to compensate someone for their time , always.
