Hot take: but I actually like how they’re portraying the Avatar State moving forward.
In the past, it felt almost untouchable especially when it wasn’t mastered. Once the Avatar entered it, it was basically an automatic win.
Now it feels more like a massive boost to all of the Avatar’s bending abilities rather than an instant “I win” button. It still makes the Avatar significantly stronger, but if they’re up against someone who’s simply the better fighter or has the advantage in skill, experience, or strategy, they can still lose.
I think that’s a much more interesting direction because it keeps the stakes high instead of making the Avatar State an automatic victory and giving the opponents no chance at all.

🔵 Al Hilal continue to explore the market for attacking players. In the Luis Díaz case, Richard Hughes is leading the negotiations. The Saudi club is ready to convince the Colombian’s camp with a salary worth around €25M net per season.
👀 It’s important to clarify that Al Hilal are not in talks with Bayern Munich and will not enter negotiations until they reach an agreement with the player first.
🇸🇦 The Saudi club has an overall transfer budget of $350M this summer and is prepared to offer between $120M and $150M to sign Díaz if the Colombian gives the green light.
