@AnneT_Social @HRMFireNews I can answer that (to a degree). Volunteer FF’s have FT jobs PLUS less gear and less manpower to cover their own area, especially in rural areas. It might be a matter of not having the people to man trucks when needed (I’m a wife, daughter in law and mom of volunteer FF’s)
