New Achievement!

Yesterday evening.. I reached a new PR!

100lb dumbbells each arm for a dumbbell bench press.

Several years ago, I failed while attempting to do the same exercise with 40lb dumbbells. Pictured below my left arm gave out.

Moral of the Story: Keep Going!
