@AP_Transport Driving License renewed online on 5-May-2023 but till date card status is “ Card not printed yet”. Not sure why card printing and issuance is taking longer in Andra Pradesh even though amount for card issuance is paid along with renewal fee.

(2/2)…IFB technical team is inefficient and their job is to only sell supplementary products (Descale Power, Liquid, Filter etc). Customer care team is just another call centre, never respond to emails. Corporate team is blind folded, they just sell the product and wash hands.

I took video around 8pm and informed the same to technician but IFB responded this “…It has been running the machine by you during the afternoon water temperature is almost 25-30 degree Celsius so the time skip is normal”. Request public to not buy any of the IFB Products (1/2)

@IFB Pathetic service for warranty products from IFB. Our washing machine is just 22 months old and it not switching on since one week. Raised ticket 1010185707 on 25-Nov and till date no fix because parts not available. Followed up customer care and franchise but no action yet.
