April 6, 2018 is a day the Humboldt Broncos organization, along with the rest of the hockey world, will never forget.

🕊️ April 6, 2025 – Honouring the Humboldt Broncos, 7 Years Later 💚💛
Today, we pause to remember the 16 lives lost and the 13 lives forever changed in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash on April 6, 2018.
Seven years later, the pain of that day is still felt deeply across Canada and beyond. But so too is the powerful legacy of Logan Boulet and the incredible ripple effect of his decision to register as an organ donor. His selfless act inspired over 150,000 Canadians to follow his lead — a movement now known as the Logan Boulet Effect.
💚 On this solemn anniversary, Green Shirt Day stands with the families, teammates, first responders, and all who continue to carry this loss in their hearts.
💚 We honour the memory of the Broncos by continuing to share their story and encourage organ donor registration across the country.
💚 Let us continue to turn tragedy into hope — one green shirt, one conversation, one donor registration at a time.
📅 Green Shirt Day is tomorrow — April 7. Wear green to honour Logan, the Broncos, and to inspire organ donor awareness and registration. Together, we can make a difference.

Most know I’m dealing with things mentally. I was extremely anxious about the pre-game tonight. Close to a panic attack. Proud of myself, I got through it, as difficult as it was. Tonight was a big, big WIN!!! @hrudfam
