The best way for Jack Smith to offset Trump’s new extortion threats, is to leave nothing out of his 2 upcoming reports. We know Trump is the worst criminal and traitor in US history. Smith’s reports should include why Trump stole classified documents and what he was doing with them. Smith has already stated to the court that he knows this.

Hit Trump so hard that his prosecution’s can’t be questioned. In fact, as a procedural matter, Smith should give Congress time to enact the 14th amendment and not allow Trump to take office. Yes, I know the 14th not going happen, but the option should still be there when we learn Trump was selling nuclear secrets.

Don’t hold anything back. Garland’s default will be weakness and leaving the bad stuff out of the reports. Don’t go soft on Trump. If you do, you will get attacked by him and his thugs.
