@wstgoat7 Piece of trash behavior. Just pray y’all didn’t give that man the hate he had against OKC cuz he played like a demon against them purely out of hatred 😭
@MarathonDevTeam - And get EVEN FURTHER ahead of everyone. This might sound extreme but I think a mini wipe should happen, all gold and (if you’re very extreme) maybe purple loot should be wiped in exchange for cradle or faction progression + credits, not counting salvage
@MarathonDevTeam This is a good change but the really poor timing makes it a bad one. People who had the chance to spam are now exponentially further ahead than the rest of the population. Because of that, they’ll be able to go full steam ahead in cryo (another bad decision it being in week 2) -
@Ali_Creature Sorry you had to go through that, I wish you could publicly call him out, he gets paid to treat not to preach BS. Quick and full recovery brother ❤️
This is Hossam’s team, and we are sharing his final message :
“If you’re reading this, it means I have been killed—most likely targeted—by the Israeli occupation forces. When this all began, I was only 21 years old—a college student with dreams like anyone else. For past 18 months, I have dedicated every moment of my life to my people. I documented the horrors in northern Gaza minute by minute, determined to show the world the truth they tried to bury. I slept on pavements, in schools, in tents—anywhere I could. Each day was a battle for survival. I endured hunger for months, yet I never left my people’s side.
By God, I fulfilled my duty as a journalist. I risked everything to report the truth, and now, I am finally at rest—something I haven’t known in the past 18 months . I did all this because I believe in the Palestinian cause. I believe this land is ours, and it has been the highest honor of my life to die defending it and serving its people.
I ask you now: do not stop speaking about Gaza. Do not let the world look away. Keep fighting, keep telling our stories—until Palestine is free.”
— For the last time, Hossam Shabat, from northern Gaza.
The thing that stings about losing Anthony Davis to some of us. (See that word “Some” if that’s not you. I’m not talking to you. That’s how that works.)
Is not just the whole “we won a chip with him”. It’s that fact that we went to battle for him. All the arguments we’ve had defending our guy. All the times he was fuckin robbed of that dpoy. The Mr Glass jokes when he had more games played than a certain franchises two star players who didn’t get the same jokes.
I saw someone last night call him “lazy”.
Do you know how fuckin tiring it’s gotta be to be the defensive anchor? Having to watch every position just in case you gotta save the play for a full NBA GAME!?! All he ever asked was for a center that could have his back. And he asked every. Fuckin. Year.
We had that in 2020. And look where it got us. And we blew it up. Smh.
All those times where we fought other fans to show that we had the best big in the league. And he’s gone. With no rumors. No insight. No hint no clue. That shit just … kinda fuckin stings.
Thank you @AntDavis23 the real ones know wtf you gave us. You are always a Laker to us. The jersey goin up. #3
This will either go down as the biggest fumble in NBA history or, what will be even more interesting, big brain play and Luka ends up a useless fat dud. I don’t know, there’s no way you’re in the Maverick’s front office thinking this without knowing something bad is up with Luka
No one will ever make me hate you or disrespect your legacy. Ever.
Bubble AD one of the highest peaks ever. He's stamped as far as I'm concerned. End of story. Played through a lot of lingering injuries and pain. Got 17. Laker legend forever.
Luka is generational and Lakers definitely got an absolute steal for the long run, but this is just sad for AD. Put his heart and soul out for the Lakers. If he stays healthy, Mavs for sure will compete for a title this year
