If the product failed to sell, but you learned 100x more than in the previous 12 months, and you’re living an exciting life, was it a failure?
The product was. You are not.
You are just more prepared for the next one.
“Charge $40 not $10.”
“But I get customers at $10.”
“Yeah, bad ones, they cancel at 6%/mo, you can’t afford ads, and it takes too many customers to be sustainable.”
“But I wouldn’t pay $40.”
See? I told you: You’re not the customer!
Bravery:
• Quitting your day job to go all-in
• Being honest on the "About Us" page
• Telling the world you're trying
• Hiring someone
• Sticking to your values, when it costs you customers
• Saying “no” to the wrong money
• Asking for feedback
