The Supreme Court dismissed the PIL on E20 saying the govt "followed due process." The PIL wasn't asking for a rollback. It simply asked for:

✅ Fuel labels at pumps
✅ E10 option retained
✅ Nationwide compatibility study.

All 3 rejected. This is what "due process" looks like.

Not sure why exactly we have courts in india. Shame.

Pollution certificate for private vehicles feels like one of the biggest legal scams.

Never seen a single car fail the test.
Never heard of any vehicle getting permanently banned for excess pollution.

Yet lakhs of certificates are issued every month and crores collected.

For the government, pollution seems less important than collection.
The air stays dirty, but state coffers become cleaner every year.

Those who are in power right now are playing with the future of India's next generation..

- There is plenty of land in Australia; still, they want to make data centres in India..

- Data centres don't create that much of a job; most of the process is automated.

- many European countries stopped the data centres on their mainland.

- it directly affects the Vegetation patterns and Rise in carbon footprint

-Similar patterns were seen in America; they started renting out the data center to the African country and some of the South American country

- Similar things are happening in Odisha too, but when I point them out, they start abusing me, and I'm being told I have nothing to do with Odisha.

What more proof does the government need?

My father has been driving this Mercedes for the last 17 years. Not a single major issue, not a single complaint. But over the past few days, the car started behaving unusually, and today it finally threw up a P0087-4A fault code.

Can someone please explain to Mr. Gadkari what this code means?

Maybe it’s not contaminated fuel, maybe it isbut something definitely feels wrong. I don’t know about the rest of India, but some fuel pumps around Chandigarh seem suspicious. This is now the second vehicle in my family to show fuel-related symptoms.

17years of flawless service, and now it feels like this trusted companion may not have many years left. Today, for the first time in a long while, I saw genuine sadness on my father’s face.

People who spend their lives travelling in government vehicles may never understand this emotion. For many of us, a car is not just a machine that takes us from one place to another. It becomes a part of the family. It carries memories, journeys, celebrations, and stories.

This isn’t written in anger. It’s a folded-hands request. Please don’t take away the emotional connection people have with their vehicles.🙏🏻

Petrol Diesel price has been raised, because oil making companies were making losses due to higher crude oil price.

Right now crude oil is around $100 but when crude oil price were around $60-70 and OMC were making profits due to it, consumer price were not reduced.

On top of that when Ethanol 20 petrol were sold at the same price of 100% pure petrol and companies were making profit, it wasn't passed to consumer either.

Their profit is their profit but their loss is your loss.
