@loveholidays I raised a complaint and I’ve heard nothing back. I requested a manager call back and have heard nothing. The customer service is SHOCKING!

The level is incompetence is astounding from @loveholidays. I have spent the last few months trying to get my query and complaint resolved and I’ve been told lie after lie.
