@lickstiel @svershbow At one hotel, we had to start mentioning the wellness check at check in, because something similar happened & the guest didn’t believe that it was management at the door. They sent a review about how unsafe they felt. Which is ironic, since the whole point of it is FOR safety.

A wellness check does not involve getting new towels or your trash being removed. 9 times out of 10, a guest only knows a wellness check has been performed for their room if they’re there at the time.
