The boy is still laughing a lot, trying to tickle his father in turn

"Hihihi !!"

"What, my little man can't handle a little tickling? I thought you were scary, if you're able to scare me"

He continued to tickle him

"But you're already the best dad in the world! You really need to close your eyes to become someone you already are ?"

He said with his big eyes, very curious before bursting in laughter when his father tickles him, moving and gesticulating.

"Hihihi !! Stop stop !!"

"More like focusing, young one... Focusing to become a better dad, to become a better person"

He spoke plainly

"And, focusing on to surprise you"

He then began to tickle Eiden

He made a proud smile as giggling when Vergil ruffled his hair

"I'm stronger than u then !!"

He laughed before hugging him when he puts him on his knees, looks at him with big eyes

"U were eepying?? "

He smiled softly, feeling his son's arms wrap around him. He 'jumped' a bit, before speaking

"Yes, you got me little one"

He reached an arm behind him, rubbing his head

"Now come here you"

He then yanked him, placing him on Vergil's lap as he looked down at him

"...Adorable"

The little boy approached his dad, trying to be discreet, wanted to surprise him, giggling softly. He approaches closer... closer... closer... And he jumped on him!

"Booo !! Got u !!!"

He grabbed his father's neck while smiling a lot.

"I scared u right right??"

Vergil stood in a field, as he meditated. He had been troubled for some time, but he couldn't let his son see. So, when he heard him approach, he opened his eyes

He giggled, very amused to play with his dad, going full speed ahead.

But he had little legs so obviously, Vergil was faster than him, seeing his mirage before stopping and laughing when he was caught.

“Hihi !! You're too strong Dad !!”

Of course, Vergil wouldn't be going at his full speed. He gave Eiden time to be ahead, as he spoke

"I'll get you!"

He said, as he suddenly fired a mirage blade ahead of Eiden. He then tricked to it, before catching Eiden in his arms as he hoisted him up

"Busted, little man*

He jumped a little, having immediately a little embarrassed blush.

"Sorry... I wanted to see u..."

When he saw his father coming at him, he smiled and started running, amused.

"Hihi !!"

Hearing this, his body immediately whipped around to face Eiden

"What are you doing out of bed?"

He'd ask his son, as he made his way over

"You know better, unless you want your big mean father to get you"

With that, he took off after Eiden

He was admiring his father, clapping in his hands, very impressed.

"Ooh !!"

He looks Vergil moving before trying to imitate him.

"Shcum !!"

Vergil continued to move swiftly around the room, before doing a triple front flip as he then slowed before bringing it above his head and down into the same area

"Tch..scum"

( The little kid is a curious boy, loving to sneak from his bed to watch what's he father doing.

And today didn't change, he sits on a corner, watching his dad move with sparkles in the eyes. )

Eiden's father simply shook his head, as he practiced with the Beowulf Devil Arm. He threw punches at the air, before lifting his leg up as his foot went above his head before slamming it down into the ground cracking the floor below him

He smiled, coming to climb on his knees, looking at him with his big eyes.

"And what is this song, dad ?"

"Just..a song, Eiden. A song I heard a long while ago for me, and the contents of it. Nothing to worry your head about"

He said, rubbing his son's head

The little boy was doing his homework in the kitchen, wagging his legs before looking at his dad, getting up.

He goes next to him, curious, putting his little hand on his father's arm.

"What are you mumbling daddy ?"

Vergil would be sitting in the Devil May Cry office not expecting anyone to show. He simply spoke softly, as if singing:

"I can't feel anything at all. This life has left me cold and damned. I can't feel anything at all..This love has led me to the end"

He sighed

The boy had a big smile on his face, looking at everything he could before up his eyes to his dad, nodding softly.

"Yesh !! You're so cool Dad !"

He simply nodded, as his speed took them all around Redgrave City. He gave Eiden a great view of everything, and the nightlife below

"Are you having fun?"

[Eiden. @eidencne]

He started to nod before gasping suddenly when his father flies without warning but quickly, he laughed.

"Waaah ! We're so high !! Look ! It's Uncy's house !!"

"I can, I assume you wish to fly in my arms?"

He'd ask, already knowing the answer. His tail wrapped around Eiden's arm, practically dragging him out before he could answer as they stepped out into the night

The little boy does an Awe sound, very fascinated, starting to poke the scales.

"So cool !! U can fly ?"

He merely nodded. However despite it, he looked.. emotionless. He was more than willing to show off, after all, but Eiden couldn't tell by the face

"This..is your father's true demonic power"

[Eiden. @eidencne]

Eiden looks at his father with big eyes, very curious and gasped when he is back in Sin Devil Triggers. He approaches him, touching the hand before looking at him with sparkles in his eyes.

"Dragon !!"

[Vergil @EldestSonSparda]

"You.. wish to see it again? Very well"

He said, as he then set Eiden down. He focused, before his body glowed blue as he transformed back into his Sin Devil Trigger state. He stared down at Eiden, his voice deeper and more..robotic and demonic of sorts

"How's this"

[Eiden. @eidencne]

He listens to him, nodding softly as he tries to look for something related to the Devil Triggers.

"Ooh.. Can you do it again ??"

[Vergil @EldestSonSparda]

"Something like that. It's..the true power of my demonic heritage. Your Uncle Dante can do it too, and your older brother Nero can as well. What you saw, is something that I rarely need to use because of how powerful I've become"

[Eiden. @eidencne]

The boy looks at him with big eyes, squealing a little when he transforms into his normal state. But despite panicking or crying, he just makes a big smile like sunshine.

"Hai Dad !"

He ran at him, jumping in his arms laughing softly.

"You're a big dragon now ?"

He hadn't shown him this state, and had planned on keeping it that way for at least a bit longer

"I'm not an intruder"

He should sleep at this hour, but he had a nightmare and he was afraid so he tried to find his dad or his uncle in the office but Dante and Vergil weren't here. He's going downstairs, sobbing softly, hugging a plushie against him. He sees the dragon in the hall and froze

"...uh"

The door to the Devil May Cry shop opened late at night. Should anyone be awake and downstairs, they would see a tall blue glowing figure with two horn-like appendages on his head along with scaled and a dragon-esque form with a long tail and wings, letting a sigh
