@amazon why would you send an email from logistics saying we heard a driver had difficulty delivering? Then say update instructions, etc. No!!! You repeatedly deliver to the wrong address. And take pictures of the WRONG address. Who blames the customer?!
@FSAtlanta You all don’t care about us regular people. Won’t even take the time to respond or listen. I’m saddened. I will never again promote this place. I wish you all left Atlanta.
@FSAtlanta This all a show. You don’t care about customer service. You don’t care about the people who work a 9to5 and try to experience an incredible experience. All I wanted was to be heard. This is when a company is too big to care.
@FSAtlanta It’s been 4 days and I tried to reach out. I attempted and pleaded and yet I want good enough for this company to even bother to contact. So what’s the personalization. Was I too small to notice?
@FSAtlanta They made my special day one of the most embarrassing moments I will never forget. If all they have to stand on is their name and not their word then don’t bother. They hurt me endlessly.
@FSAtlanta Be careful they have a lot of hidden charges plus if something is not right they will NOT contact you. Facts. I’ve filled multiple concerns to them and nothing. Saddened
@FourSeasonsPR how does #nancychacon ok this stunt. I understand it’s luxury but $500 for two for a Mother’s day brunch? Clearly this is out of reach for simple people like me. But at least let us know beforehand. You made me feel small. I’m embarrassed
@FourSeasons@FourSeasons I am not #tamarbraxton who I love, why would you decide for two people a $500 Mother’s Day brunch is ok. Your website in Atlanta read $89. I feel violated and betrayed and embarrassed. That was money I did not have. I literally cried
