The medical bills have gotten impossible for me to catch up with, and I've refused some treatments because of the expenses. But I don't even know if I can keep doing this. Maybe to just push myself further into debt in hopes that things get easier.
I'm dancing around the idea of chopping off all of my hair to help manage symptoms and pain. I already changed my diet and other regimens, so why not that? My skin's breaking out so bad from the physical stress that I truly don't know what more I can do to make things easier.
My muscle spasms have returned, and thankfully I take less days off from work now. They've allowed me to do a hybrid WFH schedule due to all of my appointments but I worry about where they will draw the line of how much I can push due to my health. I don't want to lose my job.
It's a constant cycle of new treatments, new medications and ideas. And I feel like nothing sticks. I'm just tired. I hope the PT makes changes long term and helps, but I feel like sometimes I'm left with other unrelated issues instead.
I've been doing some Physical Therapy for about a month now and I thought it was helping decently well, but I just don't know anymore with the bouts of episodes recently. I just don't know anymore honestly.
I'm approaching the 2 year mark of when my health really tanked, and while I am seeing some improvements, it's not really getting much notably better. I feel like I take 2 steps forward and 1 step back every few months. And sometimes it's 2 or 3 steps back instead.
In case anyone was wondering: Hi, I'm not dead. I'm still around. To be honest, with my declining health and Twitter going to shit, I just haven't really bothered to hop on much to look at anything recently.
