MSYPs I urge you to talk up about this issue to staff at your local train stations, to your MSPs etc. Spread the word of this important issue and hopefully together we can keep young blind people safe while they travel independently.

Up to 15% of people falling from platforms are blind or partially sighted. Tactile paving is a fundamental safety measure which people with sight loss rely on, however 40% of mainline railway stations in Britain lack tactile. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Off to an Education conference where we will talk to decision makers, QTVI��s and student who have gone through school education. I am going because I don’t want the next generation of blind young people to suffer in school and not receive the grades they want of deserve #RNIB
