@virginmedia Has this worked for customers recently? As it’s an issue with the carrier and not Apple how does a factory reset on the phone fix the issue? It’s a brand new phone straight out of the box. My partner is with virgin and didn’t have this issue changing his phone.
@virginmedia Hi. Updated to a new iPhone nearly a week ago and am still having issues with my iMessage not activating. Same number, same sim, same provider. I have tried every option and it’s still not working. Any suggestions as I can’t call Virgin during opening hours? Thanks
