When I ordered the release date was 31/7/22. Was told multiple times stock was on its way too.

I feel like @zavvi_cs have stolen from me!

@ZavviComplaints made a pre order June 22. Still not received, paid in full. Couldn’t confirm when I’d finally get it so asked for a refund. It took 5 days to get a reply. Then I’ve been waiting another 7 days for confirmation of cancellation let alone a refund. Just get excuses

@zavvi_cs preordered something a year ago. Paid in full a year ago and nothing. Contacted multiple times but get the same copy and pasted answer every time. When I preordered the release date was 31/7/21 and still nothing.

@ODEONHelp Fuming! Blue lights didn’t dim so screen had blue lights cast on the whole film and a strip light glaring in my face the whole time! Went out to tell staff. They didn’t care. Asked them to come and see but they didn’t bother.
