Consensus Hong Kong 2026 recap 🇭🇰
We saw strong momentum in protocol innovation.
The next challenge isn’t invention —
it’s accessibility.
Standards need better interfaces for builders.
EIP Playground makes EIPs playable, visual, and AI-assisted.

Inspired by this.
If Ethereum becomes more LLM-assisted, agents will need EIPs in a machine-readable form.
We(@EIP_Playground) would standardize “EIP → interactive objects”: causal learning labs (“params → results → why”) + a structured EIP card (JSON/YAML: motivation, changes, key params, edge cases, dependencies, user scenarios, risks, refs).
That would help Agent to recognise and take actions in the network.
ERC-4337 made accounts programmable. EIL extends that programmability across chains.
EIL is fundamentally an execution pattern for accounts. It extends account abstraction to multichain execution, allowing a single account to authorize and execute cross-chain transactions with one signature, while preserving Ethereum’s trust and security model.
EIL answers this narrow question: How can an account initiate and settle execution across chains without introducing trusted intermediaries?
If we don’t answer this question, we guarantee the answer lives somewhere else - outside the protocol.
The account abstraction roadmap is not complete until a single account can safely execute across the chains users already live on.
