I found an app that helps me learn hanzi, and it works pretty well for me. Maybe some of you already know it. It’s called Du Chinese. It’s an app for learning hanzi, but the downside is that it doesn’t show full pinyin only some of it appears.

法 is one of those characters that links two worlds in Chinese ⚖️
In English, “law” and “method” feel separate.
In Chinese, 法 covers both: what’s allowed, and how something is done.
That overlap is useful for learners.
When you see 法, you can usually guess the sentence is about rules, systems, or a way to handle something.
It also explains why everyday phrases sound so natural:
没办法 is not “no method” in a textbook sense.
It’s “there’s no way” in real life.
Next time you meet a new 法 word, ask one question:
Is it talking about legal rules, or a practical way to do something?
Save this. It’s a high-frequency character with a big payoff. ✨
