@ioxvice@GloriousKev Literal cuck if ur willing to accept gaming through streaming 😭😭.
Yh just take my money and I’ll play games with a time limit with a subscription! Oh and I also own none of it.
@solom_a_n@AdamDawidowicz@kelskiYT If they’re choosing to use a feature FROM the engine then it’s the engine’s fault, whether they choose to use it or not. Not once have I blamed the devs, they’re using what they’ve been given lmfao.
If a game engine’s feature can’t be efficiently used that’s on the engine.
@AdamDawidowicz@kelskiYT Doesn’t mean the games themselves are bad or not enjoyable, they both have great stories, my point still stands and both are poorly unoptimised.
Also, that was the point I was trying to make where the fact that arc raiders doesn’t use those features and devs aren’t forced to.
@chillenhiemer@kelskiYT UE5 was supposed to be one of the biggest upgrades in gaming, and look where that got us.
They used RL as a way to tease this new engine btw, if that doesn’t sound some alarms then I’m not sure what will.
But Yh let’s just release a new one instead of fixing up what we have!
@AdamDawidowicz@kelskiYT Expedition 33, Silent hill 2 remake 🤣🤣🤣, both huge examples of unoptimized shit.
Using a game like arc raiders as an example when it doesn’t use any of the heavy taxing features like lumen and nanite, whilst they also built their own rendering tech does not make you right.
@AdamDawidowicz@kelskiYT Every single game that’s announced to be made with UE5 is automatically sighed at.
For game devs, you’re right they love it because it gets the job done and is feature rich and easy. But for us the gamers, we get a mostly unoptimised copy and paste stutter filled mess.
