Microsoft Outlook is currently experiencing high memory usage which is causing slowness and/or the Outlook client to crash. Performance issues are being seen in most versions of Outlook, including Panthermail. This is a global issue that Microsoft is working to resolve.

We are aware of an issue preventing users from logging into several EIU services: including Panthermail, Paws and D2L. We are working to resolve those issue and will update @EIU_ITS once the issue is resolved.
