I have given Tradeify repeated opportunities to resolve this professionally. This is my final public request before proceeding through formal cross-border dispute/legal-resolution channels.
I will pursue every lawful remedy available to recover the $5,198.40, together with any recoverable fees, costs, and other remedies available under the applicable agreement and law.
Resolving this fairly now would be far simpler than forcing the matter into formal dispute proceedings.
Traders considering this firm can review the evidence and make their own judgment.

@Tradeify@BrettSimba — Risk & Compliance has again sent the same generic closure saying they cannot disclose the specific evidence/reason behind my permanent ban and payout forfeiture.
But your own CEO has already publicly stated that the reason was allegedly VM/VPS use during KYC.
I have provided:
my Sumsub record showing iOS / Safari
Tradeify’s own KYC approval email
my willingness to redo KYC live on my physical device
I strongly dispute the VM/VPS allegation.
You cannot publicly state a specific reason, then have Risk & Compliance refuse to address the evidence that directly challenges it.
I’m asking for one thing: manually review my actual KYC session, verify whether that VM/VPS flag truly belongs to my profile, and reconsider the ban and $5,198.40 payout if the allegation is wrong.
Please respond to the evidence, not with another template. @propfirmsupdate@PropFirmsGuru@PropMonitorFX@Propshieldz@propfundsquad@propfirmeye
@BrettSimba You clearly have time to actively debate prop-firm revenues and reply to industry posts, but my documented case involving $5,198.40 in forfeited payouts still gets no meaningful response.
I’ve provided Tradeify’s own KYC approval, my Sumsub iOS/Safari verification record, and offered to redo KYC live.
If you can spend time discussing industry numbers publicly, you can also spend a few minutes reviewing a customer case where your own VM/VPS allegation is being challenged with evidence.
Please review it fairly and respond.
Hello bro., Enoda situation ah paarunga bro.. please do support and ask @BrettSimba for explanation bro.. Elaa Tamil traders um konjam enakaga support kudutha.. @tradeifyindia might reconsider the decision. Avanga solliruka reason ethugume unmai illa bro.. I have all the supporting evidence.
I had two completed Tradeify payout requests totaling $5,198.40. Both payouts were initially acknowledged, my KYC had already been approved by Tradeify on Aug 13, and I received confirmation that I was verified.
Later, after the payout request, both payouts were declined and my Tradeify account was permanently restricted.
The reason later given publicly was that I allegedly used a VM/VPS during KYC. I strongly dispute this. My actual Sumsub verification record shows iOS / Safari, and I personally completed the verification on my own physical device. I have never used a VPS or virtual machine for KYC.
I have supporting proof including:
Tradeify KYC approval email
Sumsub iOS/Safari verification record
payout confirmation emails
payout decline emails
Risk & Compliance responses
public statements regarding the alleged VM/VPS use
I have repeatedly offered to redo KYC live on my physical device and provide full device/IP details privately, but Tradeify is only giving automated replies in mail.
I genuinely appreciate anyone willing to look at the evidence fairly and give traders like me a chance to be heard.
I had the same scenario.. received confirmation mail., identity was verified.. requested my payout in a weekened time.. waiting for monday to receive it in my rise pay. But all I got was account ban on monday.. they literally scammed me.. @BrettSimba .. I have been writing mails, raising tickets.. no response.. they are not even able to prove the false allegation that they claim of.. never trust this firm @tradeify again…

@BrettSimba Please act responsibly and address this case. I’ve been raising the same issue for nearly two weeks, yet support keeps sending generic replies and you have not responded to the evidence I shared.
I did not use a VPS/VM for KYC. I have provided my Sumsub iOS/Safari record, Tradeify’s own KYC approval, and I’m ready to redo KYC live.
If you publicly accuse a trader, you should also be willing to review the proof. Please respond, reconsider the decision, and address my $5,198.40 payout and account access fairly.
@Trillionarie369@tradeifyindia@Abhiishek45@yokeshtrader@shivanshufx@dotjosh@_ashufx@TraderAryan @im_winner0007 @propwatchmedia@TrustedPropHub@TrustedPropNews@Propfirmsguruv@anandfx_og@MSTARROHIT@BrettSimba@Tradeify — this has gone far beyond a normal support issue.
You publicly accused me of using a VM/VPS for KYC, yet you still have not provided account-specific proof linking that allegation to my actual Sumsub session.
My Sumsub record shows iOS/Safari, Tradeify officially approved my KYC on Aug 13, and I am willing to redo KYC live on my physical device.
Instead of addressing that evidence, support keeps sending the same template, my account remains permanently banned, my $5,198.40 payout is forfeited, and I was removed from Discord while trying to get clarification.
How is it responsible for a CEO to make a serious public accusation, then avoid the evidence and refuse a proper re-review?
If Tradeify is confident in this decision, show the linked evidence privately, identify the exact rule violated, and allow an independent manual review.
Otherwise, this looks less like compliance and more like avoiding accountability when a trader challenges the allegation with proof.
I am still ready to verify everything again. New traders should think twice before choosing tradeify.
Hi there., I wouldn’t be fighting this hard if I have done any fraud with your propfirm. After a hard struggle I earned those payouts worth 5k $. So many of my dreams have been shattered because of this false allegation that I used vps / vm. Kindly review my case. Fellow traders please do support me.

@BrettSimba, please review my case once more. Risk & Compliance keeps sending the same generic response, while you have publicly stated that the issue was alleged VM/VPS use during KYC.
I strongly dispute that. My Sumsub record shows iOS/Safari, Tradeify officially approved my KYC on Aug 13, and I am ready to redo KYC live on my physical device.
Please check my DMs and allow one proper manual review. If the VM/VPS allegation is incorrect, I request restoration of my account access and release of my $5,198.40 payout.

@gojo2407 Hi brother., I dont even have vpn app in my mobile phone. I did my face verification in my mobile phone. Thats why I am pretty sure. Lets hope 👍🏽🙏🏽
Hi @vedictrades , I understand your position 🙏🏽 But respectfully, my case should not be judged based on other traders whose complaints may have turned out to be false.
In my case, I have provided Tradeify’s own KYC approval, my Sumsub record showing iOS/Safari, device details, and I’m ready to redo KYC live. The allegation is that I used a VM/VPS, which I strongly dispute.
I’m only asking for a proper recheck based on my evidence. If Tradeify proves I genuinely violated a rule, I’ll accept it. If not, the decision and payout should be reconsidered.
I would really appreciate it if any affliate could simply ask them to recheck my case fairly 🙏🏽🥹. Please have a look into the images.
