You’re not wrong. And as far as the stadium experience goes…I got to be on the sideline for the last 2 games in 1997. The noise on the field was so loud that my eardrums felt like they were cracking. It sounded like I was hearing a blown speaker at full volume.

I am not a lawyer, however I DO know you should NEVER submit to a field sobriety test. (I don’t drink alcohol or use drugs.)

Field sobriety tests are designed for you to fail. NEVER answer questions when you’re pulled over by police. You do not have to present ID without being presented with reasonable articulable suspicion. You should respond to questions with “I don’t answer questions without a lawyer present.”

All cops are not corrupt, all cops are not good at their job, and not all cops will respect your constitutional rights.
