@SF_England Well I've been told to reapply for a 3rd time, and like I say I'm supposed to start uni this week. You just receive and automated email and are expected to know what and what not to do.

@SF_England Also, if it can't be uploaded then why was my application processed and I was told I had to wait 9 days to confirm my entitlement, for it to then be cancelled again?

@SF_England I completed 1 year from September 2020, and had a year out.

@SF_England I was told I could upload the PN1 form online via my student account, which is why, as soon as my first application was cancelled and I spoke to someone, I did.

@SF_England No, all she said was that she couldn't do anything and I had to send another application by post. I'm supposed to be starting uni this week.

@SF_England I still have no student finance and 2 of my applications have been cancelled; the 2nd for no apparent reason, 2 weeks before my term starts, and then no response or unable to get through to anyone helpful.

@SF_England I have been trying to contact since the 6th September via phone and online. I managed to get through a measly once after waiting over an hour, despite calling everyday, to a rude woman who did not help one bit. The way my applications and I have been dealt with is unacceptable.
