@WTOPtraffic @NationalMallNPS should never have routed traffic the way they did. It took over 2 hours through Hains Point to get to 395. They also had a parking lot that connected to 395 south they could have opened for folks and they didn’t (but I watched the cop hop the curb to take it!)
