Native-level Spanish writing is non-negotiable. Translated copy doesn’t convert and I can tell in 3 seconds. You need to understand DR, angles, Mechanisms, native ads, winning video formats, and how to turn research into creatives that sell - in Spanish.

Full-time. Base salary + % of ad spend on winning creatives.

The number one reason people fail ecom and waste so many years is because they chase the path that chuds takes.

Rather than building their fundamentals they focus on the short term money gained from the ads they ripped from kalo data that somehow managed to make them money.

Then they go and continue ripping rather than building the skills needed. If you dont have a document of your core avatars, angles tested, feedback loops on winners/losers, and tons of research to understand your icp

You are never elevating to the next level because you are replaceable
