Here with their @BuffaloBicycles are some of the extraordinary Chilala healthcare team, who we were privileged to accompany to a clinic. Coming back I left after the group and Mercy caught me up to cycle back to Chilala together, just us two @powerofbicycles#BikeZambia
…and this one, built in the heart of Jesmond, described as more like a cathedral than a parish church with amazing artistic interiors https://t.co/XBLRG8oQYC

What an incredible year of celebration as @HeritageFundUK marked 30 years of the #NationalLottery.
Since 1994, we have invested £1bn into places of worship. I am delighted to end 2024 with an announcement of £1.25m for these historic buildings and communities that care for them.
Gorgeous to hear the choristers of @NewCollegeChoir sing Benjamin Britten’s Ceremony of Carols in the cosy pews of St Nicholas Church, Islip. Mulled cider at the interval, too.
December 7th is the feast day of St. Ambrose, patron saint of Beekeeping an candle makers. The Latin phrase for “honey” is “Ambrosia” or the food of the gods, thus the origin of St. Ambrose’s name.

Really special to catch the choral evensong for Thanksgiving Eve at NYC’s St Thomas’ Church on @BBCRadio3 Some amazing music and readings. Conscious that family and friends in US are winding down at this point, sending love 🍁 🌽 ⛪️

@w9maidavale I revised the listing for this building in 2012 (the site visit, booked months before, coincided with the Athletes’ Parade, which was a treat to view from up there!) Excellent building and a listing intended to celebrate the special and help to manage change
