Tonight my baby slept through the night for the first time ever and while I had nothing to do with it, it feels like more of an accomplishment than all of my diplomas combined.
I had the honor of spending an afternoon with John and Annie Glenn before I started teaching. They were two of the kindest, most generous, and lovely people I have ever met. This was one of the happiest moments of my life. They are both missed dearly.
Did I play Pomp and Circumstance and host my own living room graduation? Yes. Did #twitterlesswallin play along and clap for me because he is stuck here? Also yes. Will we repeat this exercise when the real diploma comes in the mail? You bet!
Joe wants to remind everyone to look into nature and relax. #twitterlesswallin wants to remind Joe not to get his paw prints on the windows trying to chase birds.
Donโt worry kids, #twitterlesswallin is still talking to the birds on the TV from @CornellBirds Heโs currently trying to screenshot pictures of their nests.
