Up early to run, coffee maker set last night to have a quick one before I go and the other half didn’t realise, tipped out the ground coffee and tried to put water in which resulted in water everywhere and having to wait for coffee and run start, good job it’s my day off 😡

Walked #Wansfell from #Troutbeck yesterday. A short walk but still had map, @OrdnanceSurvey app on phone and bag of essentials,just in case.Twice got stopped by people with no bag, no map, seeing mine asking for directions. It was misty up there anything could have happened.
