@ring hi. I was spoke with customer care on the 7th Dec 22 and was assured that a replacement doorbell would be posted to me. Spoke again in early January and was assured that one is on the way. 31st of January and still no replacement. Please advise.

@HSELive hi. Do the new rules re close contacts relate to new cases only or previous cases. I tested positive on Sunday having had symptoms since Thursday. My oldest child is vaccinated and second child has a recovery cert. They have both attended school mon and Tues this week.
