@RegZeller I have just the basics figured out but Gusto for payroll, QuickBooks time for time tracking and QuickBooks online for books has been a solid stack for a few years. I'll switch from gusto to QB payroll at some point.

@MarcSGIlbert I had to work with code and change muni parking ordinances before starting on my first big historic rehab. Ordinance was helping keep most of downtown vacant in podunk pa up until that point.

@nateliason What Nick said. Opportunity zone fund project. Discount and defer crypto gain and sale of real estate tax free after 10 yrs. Pretty easy to do if self-funded and project specific.
