@British_Airways flight has been cancelled, I have called everyday (10x a day!) for the past week to sort out a refund. Everytime I have been cut off. I have DM’d on here and had no response. I am at a loss as what to do? When will you have people answering the phones again?

@British_Airways have gone on your app to check my flight time to see that you have cancelled my flight in Sep to Porto (booked in Jan). I’ve had no email correspondence. Got cut off after been on hold for 55minutes. How do I go about getting a refund if I can’t speak to anyone?

@airtransat Hi, we are trying to re-book a flight for next year using a credit note. We don’t have a landline so can’t call from 0080087267283 and can’t connect on 02076169187. What is the best option for us try and re-book the flight? Is there no option to re-book online?

@ParksCanada We have had to cancel a trip for late June. Will we get a refund if we cancel our campsite bookings? I can’t see anything about cancellations fees/refunds on the website?

Reports of non-essential workers going in this morning are very troubling.

Government needs to shut down construction sites and make sure other non-essential work is not happening - and urgently provide financial support for the self-employed.

We must lockdown to save lives.
