Iran scored a winning goal in each of their 3 matches, each one was overturned by VAR. The way they’ve been treated and what they’ve had to overcome is absurd, no other team was barred to stay in the host country, no other team’s country is being bombed by the host country.
In the world of injustice, this may seem small, but in the world of international sport it’s deeply unjust.
They might think their performance was disappointing, but it was far from it. They played with heart and captured the hearts of people across the world.
Meet Liav Goldstein, the man who oversees starvation and torture in Israeli concentration camps, according to a recent Haaretz exposé.
Make him famous.
if you drink soda, wear makeup & use watercolors, it's your responsibility to know about El Obeid, a city lush with acacia tree forests that produce gum arabic—a crucial ingredient used in all these products. & today it's a city under siege by the UAE-funded RSF. #KeepEyesOnSudan
I just watched the most terrifying documentary on WORKING homeless people. These ppl work but can’t afford rent in the US, so they live in their cars.
We spend $1.5 Trillion for the Dept of War while 40 Million Americans live below the poverty line.
Beautiful painting "Nablus" (2026) by Palestinian artist Rawan Anani.
In Rawan Anani’s luminous vision of Nablus,
the ancient city awakens in a riot of colour,
domes and minarets dancing beneath a hopeful sky,
olive trees and flowering branches reaching toward tomorrow.
Layer upon layer of life and memory,
the old stones breathe with new joy,
red roofs glowing like hearts that refuse to dim,
the soul of Palestine painted in unapologetic beauty.
This is Nablus as it truly is,
not broken, but blooming,
not conquered, but alive with the stubborn grace
of a people who carry their homeland in every brushstroke.
Here, the past and future embrace,
and the city sings its eternal song:
we are still here.
we are still beautiful.
we endure.

Yafa Orange Collection (2025) by Palestinian/Jordanian artist Marwa Najjar.
Marwa is a Jordanian artist known for her haunting portraits and delicate gold and silver leaf work. With a muted, autumnal color scheme, She works focus on women and children, and the effect that war, conflict and instability have on them – both internally and externally.
I tell myself every day: Don’t die. Don’t get tired.
Check on the children. Look for water. Check if there are any holes in the tent so the water doesn’t leak in. Then stand up—don’t die.
Don’t you dare die from some silly illness. Resist. Save your tears for a more painful day. Don’t you dare say, “I’m tired.”
Look for food. Don’t be afraid of the bombing. Gather your things and flee. Set up a tent. Flee again—don’t get tired.
Write, and then write, and then write. Write your own death with your own hands—don’t let anyone write about you.
Live, and don’t die.
This heartbreaking image, taken by photographer Mahmoud Hams in Gaza City on October 4, 2019, shows young Palestinian girls in deep collective mourning after losing loved ones to IOF bullets
It powerfully captures the grief of children in Gaza long before the current genocide, highlighting the ongoing cycle of loss under the blockade and occupation.
Their small hands cover faces twisted in sorrow no child should ever know — a silent scream against the violence that has stolen their innocence for generations.
In Gaza, children do not just lose parents.
They lose entire worlds.
They mourn in the rubble, comfort each other in the darkness, and somehow still find the strength to hold on.
This is the cost of the occupation — generations of broken hearts and unhealed trauma.
May their tears water the seeds of justice.
May their pain fuel the cry for freedom.
We see you, little ones.
The world must not look away.
The death toll from the catastrophic double earthquake in Venezuela is now at 1,430 people, with an incomprehensible 68,000 people still missing. This is now one of the worst natural disasters in human history.
While the U.S. has pledged $150 million in aid, this is not enough. It must immediately lift all remaining sanctions and not use this disaster to take further advantage of Venezuela.
Venezuela will need the help of the entire world to recover, but what it does not need is the boot of the U.S. empire on its neck.
🚨🇨🇺Cuban doctors are on the ground in Venezuela, La Guaira, helping the people affected by the recent earthquake.
Yes folks, in the midst of an extreme pressure campaign by the U.S., Cuban doctors continue to do what they do best, save lives and help the needed.

The woman who went into labor and gave birth in the rubble after the Venezuelan earthquake struck has made it safely. I see no one sharing. If they were dead, everyone would share! Share positivity...

This agreement cements the Israeli occupation, which can only be undone through civil war in coordination with the U.S. and Israel. It also threatens to torpedo the U.S.-Iran deal.
