Trying to disconnect my airtel connection since a month now, no option to do that, nor the care is supporting.
Paid dues of around 1700 for nothing And was told that connection will be disconnected as soon as I pay dues.

Legal threat by consumer care.
So this started from march when this issue started in my connection:

So this issue was basically frequent disconnection from internet. (Shared in vid)

But here comes twist.
My connection not removed and they kept adding bills even when router was removed by their person itself.
And today, just received this call to clear due to avoid any legal action or may even affect my CIBIL, hence phone cuts abruptly.

Now even router changed but same problem exists and was also clearly seem by executives who visited, but they didnt gave any solution now did any repairing, and wasted all time in restartoand performing SOPs. When at the end as told by me, they agreed to remove my conmection.
