@tescobankhelp really disappointed with Home Emergency Service. Have phoned several times over the last 3 days, takes around an hour to get through and each time assured a heating engineer will call, but so far no one has turned up, or even bothered to call. Whats the point?!

@DawnNeesom Contd- for minor issues that could be resolved at pharmacy or by just waiting a few days for symptoms to resolve. Our Gp's phone patients first to triage their ailment and then bring them to the surgery if necessary. Not a perfect system but they best they can do at the moment.

@DawnNeesom Contd - phone appointments. Our receptionists follow a protocol laid down by the Gp's to try and weedle out the urgent and non urgent. Receptionists aren't really interested in what is wrong with patients but have to ask to point people in the right direction. Many people phone
