We are providing an important update regarding funds wrongfully taken from us by two fraudulent advisors, Harley Foote and Waqas Nisam.

Instead of resolving the issue amicably by returning the funds they unjustly took after doing zero work during the six days they were onboarded, they have chosen to threaten us with a defamation lawsuit and subpoenas for the entire Yawn team in Singapore. This speaks volumes about their character and their decision to keep the stolen funds rather than resolve the matter in good faith.

The web3 space thrives on trust and reputation. We urge anyone considering working with these individuals to think carefully about how we have been treated. We trusted them to guide our brand and safeguard our investors' interests, yet they wrongfully took their compensation, disregarded the agreed-upon sell rules, and dumped their tokens on KOL followers and investors.

If you believe they won't repeat this behavior on future projects, that’s your choice.

We have documented proof of all conversations and welcome any on-chain investigators to contact us for more details. We strongly suspect that other groups may have also been affected by these individuals.
