Once again ….. @AmericanAir … mechanical issues now . Sitting on the plane flight AA895 . Scheduled for 10AM now supposedly leaving 12:20PM… and counting . The pilot has no clue what’s going on and communicating to the passengers .
A disaster . Where’s my compensation ?

@AmericanAir flight 2225 June 15 delayed more than 3 hours. Plane had mechanical issues. Flight connections lost , had to spent 24 hrs to catch my flight to Helsinki. Your planes have issues al the time and I lost one day of vacation. Where’s my compensation ?

horrible experience with @Finnair at @JFKairport . When checking in #jhahlomorodova likely name is fake, she did not want to show her budge. No customer service skills, rudeness. She just had to explain rules, find solutions. Supervisor @VitaliiaH supervisor did not help. #shame
