I have a serious question to post about #Artsakh. If Armenians struck first, why is Azerbaijani/Turkish Military not responding in kind? It’s a matter of simple politics. If I shoot a bullet at you and you throw a nuclear bomb at me it feels like you’re trying to hide something.

There was a window of time where they were paying out on the shares, I believe they had to be purchased between 2014-2017. Otherwise they were not paying anything on the shares.
