My name is Bernard, living in Ireland. I have stage 4 stomach cancer. My medical consultants recommend Immunotherapy and chemotherapy. Despite best scientific and clinical evidence, my Irish healthcare insurer won't fund this. Am I alone?
settlements remained ruined for 28 years. No resettelment program have been in place as those territories were always going to be returned to the Az, in exchange of the status of Artsakh (@cavid)
Kurakchay treaty (signed in 1805) does not mention Azerbaijanis either. It just states that Ibrahim Khan of Shusha and Karabakh surrenders to the Russian Empire, and stops being Persian (tagging @cavid as this is a reply/comment)
He says the world was ignorant of Kurekchay treaty. They should look up this treaty on Internet. No Armenians were mentioned there because Armenians didn't exist back then. They were brought after Gulustan, Turkmenchay, Kurekchay treaties in order to strengthen Russian rule.
@LalaKhmr@GArmasCardona It will take as long as it have to. Solving anything by force cannot create a lasting solution. But it feels like the whole nation believes in the opposite.
US Embassy in Turkey says that all American Citizen and visa services at U.S. Mission in Turkey’s facilities will be temporarily suspended because of a terrorist threat:

@mkdotam It is sitting on my shelf and it is my "next-to-read" book. As much as I am hating to admit this, he's right about one thing in his other books: either side have to understand, and appreciate, what loosing will mean to the other. I don't think either side does (or even cares).
@LalaKhmr@GArmasCardona "Too tired" is not going to last forever either. So the logical conclusion of this chain is TR and AZ will not stop in Karabakh/Artsakh, and will have to eliminate ARM as well.
@Darenda21@GArmasCardona This is not what RU wants, this is what TR is doing: creating another unstable area under TR control in what historically was RU's area of influence. AZ is just a pawn in this game. I've read somewhere that "Turkey will fight until the last Azeri soldier" in this war.
4/4 "peace-building initiatives involving civil society actors are regularly vilified, and sometimes result in physical assaults on the property and persons of those involved."
recognize Artsakh independence to protect its future!

1/4 I keep hearing "30000 Armenians live in Azerbaijan". According to this report from Minorities Group International
https://t.co/jdrpLJYCro (accessed 23 Oct 2020) it is " Anecdotally the figure of 30,000 is often cited, although this is almost certainly an exaggeration.
3/4 and further down: "In this context, conditions for those Armenians remaining in Azerbaijan outside of Armenian-controlled territory remain extremely unfavourable. Hate-speech against Armenians continues to be a staple of officially sanctioned media"
@patonthetap@mhalli01 @sismailzadeh @g42059282 @hragv I do not deny civilians got killed on both sides. I know people who lost family members. I know people who had to leave Baku and come to Armenia. First blood was drawn by Azeris.
@patonthetap@mhalli01 @sismailzadeh @g42059282 @hragv I did not deny. You made a claim, I said you cannot claim without proof and you tell me I deny. Timeline for you: Sumgait 1988 32 (200+) Arm dead. Kirovabad/Gyanja (200) dead. Baku 1990 48 (90) dead. After that Artsakh stopped trusting Azeris. War began, more people died.
@patonthetap@mhalli01 @sismailzadeh @g42059282 @hragv See, before you accuse us of an attempted genocide in 1992 you have to show an evidence of an attempt to wipe out all of the Azeris from all of the Azerbaijan. 1992-1994 war was about securing Armenians right to live in Artsakh, not an attempt of making sure Azerbaijan disappears
