Hi! I started playing magic in 2013 but i started approaching it more competitively since 2020. I often play MTGO challenges and post my results here 😀🇮🇹
Hi everyone! 😀 I managed to make 10-4 (6-2 day 1 and 4-2 day 2) at RC Turin, ending 6 positions away from the pt qualify.
(Free SB Guide post soon)

@LiamStuntz37746@fireshoes Thoughtseizes were fine but nothing crazy, i think they're the best flex slots you can find for the deck but that's just my opinion, everybody is playing different ones. I'm probably giong to add a 21th land in the main and moving grist in the sideboard.
Here's the list i'm probably bringing to ghent, maybe with a couple changes 😬😬
Made a top4 in a challenge (105 players), MUs below
@fireshoes for value
@JimmyTheJedi@fireshoes But against proactive decks (such as broodscale) I obv don't side nursery in because you have to be faster than him and leyline is strong at accelerating your combo 😉
@jammy_f@fireshoes And than only if you want to bring in the nursery/icetill plan you side out leyline (and two or three dorks) which may lead you to combo a bit later sometimes (it doesn't allow you to combo on turn 2) but against interactive decks it doesn't matter much
@jammy_f@fireshoes Basically if you're main plan remains the combo i suggest to never side out leyline and side out instead a mana dork, eventually thoughtseize or grist and only if really needed a zenith or the speaker.
At the end of Day 1 at the Champion's Cup in Yokohama, Kazuaki Kurokawa remains the only player with a perfect 8-0 record, with Izzet Prowess!
Izzet Prowess is doing very well so far, with 5 of the Top 16 spots at the end of play. Come back tomorrow to see how it fares!
@larrynxxmtg@fireshoes Thx 😀 i bring them in against decks like control/energy/ponza/dimir (in general against decks that leave you enough time to develop the nursery plan and that don't have answers to it once is resolved, except a copy in side of wear//tear in ponza and energy).
@JimmyTheJedi@fireshoes Hi hahaha yeah it's pretty unusual, but if you think about it there are no actual answers to this card once is resolved (except wear//tear) so once you resolve one you usually win the game 😬.
@Ni_Hao_DyLan@fireshoes I put it in when i bring in nursery🙃
In general i use this plan against decks like dimir/control/energy, because the only answer they have to it is wear//tear or counters.
The way I see it, there are two possibilities:
Either people get way too hyped about new cards as soon as they put up even the slightest results,
or I’m just too stupid to understand how a 1/1 with prowess and no haste in Modern (that maaaaybe lets you cast a second bad spell) is better than SLICKSHOT.
Feel free to opt for the second option XD, i won't get offended

As promised, here’s the free sideboard guide of Dimir Midrange in Standard on Metafy that I used to qualify for Bilbao last Sunday!

If you also want to learn how to sideboard and pilot Izzet Prowess in Modern, I’ve got a guide for that too 😀

Hi everyone! 🔥 Here’s the Dimir Midrange list I used to qualify for RC Bilbao last Sunday.
Tomorrow afternoon, I’ll post a free sideboard guide for everyone on Metafy!
And today I’ll see if I can also put together the Devoted Druid guide, with an extra little tech included 👀
