@3dpNero Basically if something is free (bambulab cloud storage and computing), you are the product. So if they will not have access to the data, then they need to charge the difference to the user.

In 2019 I bought a #mmu from @josefprusa and @Prusa3D after 4 years they decided to fix a design problem on the design of the mainboard that they use to sell. I have asked to buy only that pd board but they refused to sell it. So there is no warranty because is a new product!!
