FEAR 😬
is just an illusion that takes hold of your perception
of things around you and converts it to your reality...
BUT, once you eliminate the fear, it all becomes LUCID 😁
How do we ascend?
We heal ourselves.
Cool. So how do we heal ourselves?
We start facing the shit we’ve been carrying since childhood instead of constantly running from it.
But then the question is, how do you find something that’s been buried in you for years?
Your triggers.
Your triggers will literally show you where the work is.
Something happens and you get angry as fuck. Someone says something and it cuts way deeper than it should. Someone leaves, ignores you, rejects you, disrespects you, whatever it is.
Instead of just reacting, go backwards.
Why did that trigger me?
What did I actually feel?
Why did I feel that?
When have I felt this before?
Keep going.
Reverse-engineer yourself until eventually you hit the belief underneath it.
I’m not good enough.
People leave me.
Nobody listens to me.
I can’t trust people.
I have to protect myself.
Whatever yours is.
And that belief normally didn’t just appear out of fucking nowhere.
Something happened.
An experience. A person. A situation. Something along this incarnation that caused you to form that belief and carry it forward.
And half the time you don’t even realise you’re doing it.
You just think, this is who I am.
Nah.
Sometimes that’s just an old wound talking.
So now you’ve located it.
What next?
You face it.
You stop trying to intellectually explain your way around it and actually allow yourself to feel what happened.
Feel the anger.
Feel the sadness.
Feel the betrayal.
Feel whatever younger version of you never got to properly feel at the time.
And eventually you get to forgiveness.
Now when I say forgiveness, I’m not saying what somebody did was okay.
Fuck no.
And I’m definitely not saying you need to invite them back into your life.
I mean you forgive because you realise you’re the one still carrying it.
They might not have thought about that situation in ten years, meanwhile you’re still paying for it emotionally every fucking day.
At some point you’ve got to realise, holding onto this is hurting me now.
So you feel it.
You face it.
You forgive them when you’re ready.
You forgive yourself.
And then you make the conscious decision to release it.
Now this shit is not linear either.
You might think you forgave something and then two months later it comes back up again.
Fine.
There’s another layer.
Go again.
Sometimes it takes a few goes before you actually get to that place where you can genuinely let something go.
And you’ll know when you hit it.
Sometimes you’ll just be sitting there one day and fucking cry out of nowhere.
Not even because something bad happened that day.
Something just left you.
That weight isn’t there anymore.
And maybe later you think about that person or that situation and realise it doesn’t even hit the same.
That’s the point.
Not pretending it never happened.
It happened.
It just doesn’t own you anymore.
Meditation helps massively with this as well because eventually you’ve got to become comfortable sitting inside your own mind.
No phone.
No distraction.
No running.
Just you looking at you.
The All is Mind.
The universe is mental.
So a massive part of this work happens inside first.
Your triggers show you the wound.
You trace the wound back to the belief.
You trace the belief back to the experience.
You face the experience.
You feel it.
You forgive.
You release.
That’s healing.
And to me, that’s how you ascend.
Happy healing, fam.
Hope this helps.
I fucking love you. 💙🫶
Growing up is the slow death of wonder, unless you learn how to create it.
You don't actually miss your younger self.
You miss the way reality felt when you were him.
As a child, the world was infinite.
Every year was enormous.
Every possibility felt alive.
The future had no walls.
Then adulthood arrived.
Your thinking sharpened.
Your judgments strengthened.
Your responsibilities multiplied.
You understood more —
but the world somehow became smaller.
In youth, the etheric forces are blazing.
They give the soul elasticity, openness, vitality.
You don't have to manufacture wonder.
Wonder simply happens to you.
But as you mature, the astral forces take the lead.
You analyze.
You categorize.
You judge.
You understand.
And understanding has a price:
The mysterious becomes familiar.
The infinite becomes measurable.
The unknown becomes something to explain.
You gain knowledge while losing the feeling of infinity.
This is why adulthood can feel strangely smaller than childhood.
You should not mourn this.
You should transform it.
The child receives wonder.
The adult must create it.
The goal is not to become young again.
It is to become capable of experiencing wonder without needing to be young.
To become innocent without being naïve.
Open without being weak.
Imaginative without being chaotic.
Wise without becoming rigid.
This is the higher form of childhood.
You do not return to the child.
You bring the child forward.
Human development is not a circle.
It is a spiral.
You encounter something you once possessed unconsciously,
lose it,
grow through its absence,
and eventually recover its essence on a higher level.
The wonder of the child was given to you.
The wonder of the mature human being must be awakened from within.
This is where the ego becomes essential.
The etheric gives vitality.
The astral gives clarity.
But the ego can harmonize them.
It can unite the openness of childhood
with the wisdom of adulthood.
And when that happens,
the world becomes infinite again —
but now consciously.
You are no longer carried by wonder.
You kindle it.
Through living thinking.
Through reverence.
Through conscious spiritual activity.
So when old memories return
and you long for the person you once were,
you should not assume that you want your past back.
Something deeper is happening.
The essence of what you were is returning so you can finally take conscious possession of what you once experienced unconsciously.
The first fire was given to you.
The second fire must be created by you.
And that is the fire of the individual human spirit.
every night when I go to sleep I die
every morning when I awake I am reborn
every breath I exhale is death
every breath I inhale is life
in my eyes there is a gravity
a dark core of converging knowing
orbited by colors of diverging potential
orbited by light of emerging awareness
with my eyes closed I see darkness
with my mind i see colors
with my eyes open I see light
in every moment I die and am reborn
a reflection of the eternal moment
the moment when I awoke eternally
and was eternally reborn
when I awoke from the illusion that life and death are separate
was the day I found balance in myself
you should be breath-maxxing, inhale-gooning, air-mogging the mouth breathers into oblivion, nasal gang only, sucking that oxygen down like a thirsty camel in the desert
