@StanChartGH a very concerning email response from by Liberia Road, Accra branch manager, by name Louis Boateng at Standard Chartered who initially said “he doesn’t care.”
Despite communicating via my registered email, I’m now being told I must post physical ID documents from the U.S. just to regain access to my account.

This process will take days or weeks, leaving me without access to my own funds after battling this for almost a month - all for an OTP number update. This is impractical, unreasonable, and defeats the purpose of remote banking.

Scanned copies of my ID have already been provided and should suffice. If this is how customers abroad are treated, then this is a serious failure in customer experience.
