… @CEOAdam the “MEME” coin that is illegally using AMC company trademarks /and underlying copyrights is at .0279 now and was at .0287 at yesterday premarket time to match yesterdays close at $2.87 - this means they’re front running price action through their syndicated racketeering operation(They need to use the logo as an identifier for synthetic locates and total return swaps to go back and forth from the crypto con highway to general market exchanges. This is Clear evidence of price manipulation! $AMC

…. @CEOAdam — congratulations on a job well done. Ridding the company of toxic debt and the restrictive covenants associated with legacy- distressed financing is a significant step forward for AMC.
As we approach the shareholder meeting, and as a long-term AMC shareholder, I want to formally express my concern regarding ongoing trademark and copyright infringement, including the unauthorized use of AMC’s brand names and logos.
What is @AMCTheatres doing to address these unauthorized uses, including the potential issuance of cease-and-desist demands?
Currently, certain crypto platforms and exchanges appear to be leveraging AMC’s corporate identity, trademarks, and branding in connection with products that could create confusion regarding the underlying AMC equity. This deserves clear attention and shareholder disclosure.
Please address this matter at the upcoming meeting. No securities or regulatory exemption should be interpreted as independently authorizing the infringement of AMC’s intellectual property rights.
There is also nothing inherently preventing the company from providing shareholders with appropriate public disclosure regarding how it is addressing ongoing alleged infringements, subject of course to legal and regulatory considerations.
For clarity, the conventional civil enforcement process can include:
1.Identify and document the alleged infringement.
2.Issue a cease-and-desist demand, where appropriate.
3.File a civil complaint in federal court.
https://t.co/uGPFZqNNrC preliminary and/or permanent injunctive relief.
5.Pursue available damages, profits, destruction or forfeiture of infringing goods, and potentially attorneys’ fees where legally available.
I would appreciate proper disclosure and clarification concerning this serious shareholder “concern”.
Thank you for the hard work and for the battle you have been leading to position AMC for the future.
Onward and upward.
I look forward to sharing in AMC’s continued success — and, ultimately, having the last laugh.

The time has come - the betrayal breathes heavy at the door step of money has no friends!
Set a reminder for my upcoming Space! https://t.co/o1m9h6XhOj
My issue is simple: AMC shareholders have every right to be angry and demand answers.
Robinhood says its AMC Stock Tokens are backed 1:1. Fine. Then prove it. The token itself is not an AMC share. Token holders don't directly own AMC stock and don't receive the normal rights of AMC shareholders. AMC also did not create, authorize, or endorse this product.
So where are the receipts?
Who holds the underlying AMC shares? How many shares are actually held compared with the number of tokens outstanding? Who independently verifies that 1:1 backing, and can investors see that verification?
And I want to know why AMC. Why create a financial product using AMC's name and ticker without AMC's involvement? What other publicly traded theater chains received the same treatment, and why or why not?
That's why AMC investors are angry. We're not asking for rumors or promises. We're asking for transparency and independently verifiable facts.
If it's truly backed 1:1, show us. It shouldn't be controversial to ask for the receipts.
WHAT IS GOING ON 🚨🤯
Over the past two days, employees at Nasdaq and Robinhood have been charged with FRAUD…
Every retail investor should share and spread the word of this corruption 🔂
“In-kind” - wow 🤯 this is getting more disgusting by the the minute - both @brian_armstrong and @vladtenev saying their Tokens have back door voting rights and are 1:1 - yet no proof - no named custodian - no 13/f filings -@CEOAdam …
this is so bad for general markets - 100 times worse than the sub-prime mortgage debacle - and the people will again be expected to bail out this reckless unregulated - un-policed fraud
Robinhood has to go on the defensive and many eyes will scrutinize this scam of there's and by association probably take a look at Citadel's Alpaca role.
Meanwhile AMC stock price coils tighter to rocket higher than ever.
According to Vlad Tenev…
I could sell this piece of dog shit on the street and call it an $AMC share. 💩
As long as I’m selling it from here in France, apparently it’s totally legal.
So what’s the concern, right? 🤡
Welcome to tokenized stocks.

2021 Robinhood restricted the BUY button on $GME and AMC.
2026: Robinhood offers an AMC linked stock token abroad that AMC says it never approved price exposure without real $AMC shares or voting rights.
Different tool. Same question: How much control is too much?
When brokers, clearing firms, market makers and token issuers can all stand between retail and real ownership, is that truly a free market?
Real shares. Real ownership. Full transparency. 🦍🍿

When I said betrayal was @ the doorstep of money has no friends -here is the roster roosting the truth $AMC it’s time-to my haters -you will be quoting every Nacci-ism without admitting it 😘 and I don’t care-I don’t need credit cause I have learned to love me 🥰 thus I love you too!
Dear $AMC community…
The token story is finally getting traction.
If we want more people to see what Robinhood actually filed… not the marketing… we can push it further.
I went through Robinhood’s filings (185 pages) and sourced them in this video as many of you have seen.
Their own documents show these are can be backed by many instruments which are not shares, and they are many concerns beyond that.

I will put any proceeds from this push into boosting the video/posts so more people see the filings for themselves. No pressure… likes, comments, and reposts already help and are free.
Thanks
