💙With your donation, you’ll be supporting local people who may be feeling like they have no one to talk to about their mental health. Your money could go towards funding our social activities like our wellbeing group, designed to help people feel connected with others.
👉All of us have felt lonely at some point in our lives, but when you start to feel lonely all the time it can have a huge impact your mental health. This winter we’d like to help more people in our community feel less alone, but we need your support…
Our survey revealed that loneliness and isolation are some of the biggest factors that negatively affect your mental health in South Kent. Whilst across the UK, 60% of chronically lonely people experience mental distress. Something needs to change, but we need you to help us…

This week is #menshealthweek (12-18 June 2023) We know that there can be stigma around men discussing their mental health openly. According to research, around 40% of men feel like they can’t talk about their mental health to family and friends. We’d like to help change that.🧵
Thank you to everyone who has supported us across #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek!
It’s been great to get to know our communities even better and spread the word about how we can help you improve your mental health and wellbeing 💙
