@TeamYouTube I can provide screenshots but I don't think it will explain much, let me try to give steps.
1) open app drawer and look for you tube kids, app is not there
2) open play store search for app, "Enable" button appears instead of "Download"
3) Click "Enable"

@TeamYouTube It's not about parental control, at least I don't think it is. I have already approved the app through family link and don't need to approve again to do so
