10/ To be fair, BA paid the statutory compensation. Legally they had to.

What they won't acknowledge is any of the rest of it. No accountability for the hotel. No answer on Milan. No recognition that they left a family with a baby to fend for itself for 14 hours.

@bluetomato I am having an issue returning items and your customer services refuse to engage with me. So I'm having a terrible experience with bluetomato and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
