Open the chat widget on their site.
Say the product is of bad quality.
Request a full refund.

If they decline, threaten to post a TikTok about them.
If they decline, find the founder's Instagram and comment "scam" on every post until he gives me a refund.

Now, repeat the same process for stores I only added to cart and see if you can get them to send me the product for free.

If they ask for proof of purchase, generate a Shop app order confirmation and send that.

Do not stop until every brand on Shopify has sent me a "we're so sorry, here's 100% off" code.
